Mazda's National Parts Distribution Centre recently relocated from a smaller warehouse and office space, and into Frasers Property Industrial's newest estate in Melbourne’s northern suburb of Epping. The automotive giant signed a 10-year lease for a national parts and distribution facility, known as 4Ten Epping, at the newly built 410 Cooper Street estate. Comprising a 36,275sqm warehouse, and 960sqm of office space, the distribution facility is almost double Mazda Australia’s warehouse footprint.

Scarlett Contracting was engaged by Frasers Property Industrial to undertake the electrical installation works on this project, including lighting control, power factor correction and a 5 Star Greenstar rating.
