This design and construct electrical installation involved three separate tenancies, with an under roof size of 30,000 square meters. Scarlett Contracting were awarded this project in the last week of December 2019. This sizeable project had to be completed within a record breaking timeframe of 12 weeks.

Being a five star Green Star project, we were able to implement the following technologies to ensure this dynamic project has the lowest greenhouse footprint possible:

• Solar: Three systems were installed (one for each tenancy) being two 25kW and a 50kW system.
• LED Lighting: Each warehouse and office features a KNX controlled LED lighting system, that utilises daylight harvesting, motion control, dimming and monitoring. All light fittings were selected to be long lasting and accompanied by a ten year warranty. This reduces electricity consumption and materials in early replacement of fittings.
• Building Management System: A Bitpool energy monitoring system was installed giving a real time overview of power, lighting and water usage. 
• Switchboards: A vector petitioning system was used in order to meet the extremely tight project timeframe, as this system delivers reduced construction time due the lack of requirement of welding, sheet metal fabrication and powder coating.
