Scarlett contracting was engaged to completed the electrical works for Frasers Property for a 35 million dollar project which was completed in 28 weeks. The project was a 6 star Greenstar project which included all monitoring of light, power water usage through the Bitpool metering technology.

The KNX lighting control system in the office and warehouses allowing maximum energy saving features which allows warehouse lighting to be dimmed at different times of the day depending upon natural light levels and movement in the given areas and isolation of lighting through the sensors.

Central to the warehouse is a three floor picking structure which had 600 LED battens controlled by sensors and exit and emergencies to be installed to BCA requirements.
