Despite 2020 being a year with many challenges, Scarlett Contracting has remained a strong leader in the design and construct electrical space.

The latter half of the year kicks off with a substantial engagement by Frasers Property to undertake the electrical works at Mazda’s new national parts and distribution facility, known as 4Ten Epping, at the 410 Cooper Street estate. The warehouse spans 36,275sqm with 960sqm of office space, which will almost double Mazda Australia’s warehouse footprint.

Going from strength to strength, this project builds upon Scarlett Contracting's existing relationship with Frasers Property, after working together to complete three key projects in the Braeside Industrial Estate, being Key Spec 7, Braeside Spec 2 and Braeside Spec 3, in 2019 and 2020.
