Simplot Australia is a diverse food business that includes vegetable, meat and seafood manufacturing operations that supply chilled, frozen and shelf stable products to Australia’s major supermarkets and Foodservice customers. Simplot owns a number of well known food brands including Birds Eye, Leggos, Chiko, Edgell and John West among others.

The main components for the new facility included a 19,850m² warehouse together with 520m² of office and over 4,000m2 of cantilevered and super canopies. The building incorporates a number of sustainability initiatives as part of the design and construction with special emphasis on power and water efficiency.
